Position Overview:

Your role will be to act as a trusted advisor throughout the home buying journey, guiding clients through what can often be a daunting process, and helping them realize their aspirations of homeownership. You will be trained in the Starlight Sales methodology while delivering exceptional customer service. Join a team that is dedicated to establishing a robust foundation of values and culture, with the ambition to elevate the company to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales process while providing outstanding customer service in line with Starlight Homes training.
  • Craft, practice, and present an effective sales pitch consistent with company guidelines.
  • Engage with potential clients, follow up with interested parties, and schedule appointments.
  • Convert leads into prospective buyers and maintain consistent communication with clients who are under contract.
  • Build and nurture productive relationships with real estate professionals through networking and outreach.
  • Stay informed about community trends and resources, including schools, utilities, tax information, and local amenities to better serve clients.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Possession of a valid/active Driver's License and NC Real Estate License is required.
  • Availability to work weekends, with either Monday/Tuesday or Thursday/Friday off.
