Medical Office Coordinator

CQ Partners is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our practice by managing schedules, answering phones, and handling insurance and billing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient scheduling effectively, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Answer phones professionally, addressing patient inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Verify insurance eligibility, process claims, and handle billing questions and payments.
- Greet patients with a smile and professionalism, checking them in and out as needed.
- Provide administrative support to ensure a smooth flow for the practice.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior medical office experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and billing codes is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and good computer skills are required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
