Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Answer customer questions and concerns in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Bidding and Sales: Bid materials used for houses, pole barns, and other general construction needs.

- Special Orders: Create special orders, as needed.
- Safety Awareness: Safety awareness of anything in store that may be hazard to employees or customers.
- Customer Complaints: Promptly handle any customer complaints, questions, or concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Work Ethic and Interpersonal Skills: Must possess strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of Building Materials: Knowledge of building materials is required.
- Construction Background: Construction background preferred.
