About the Role

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Vision Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for partnering with independent and retail affiliated Eye Care Practitioners (ECPs) in your designated territory to drive business growth and achieve mutually beneficial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and key execution metrics for your territory
  • Develop and execute effective sales calls to ECPs, leveraging marketing materials, programs, and selling techniques to increase share of Bausch + Lomb contact lens prescriptions and lens care recommendations
  • Formulate strategic territory business plans to develop new customers and accelerate growth with existing customers
  • Utilize CRM system to maintain accurate customer information and account progress continuum
  • Collaborate with industry distributor partners to fulfill customer needs and align business strategies
  • Attend national and regional sales meetings and trade shows as needed
  • Coordinate ECP educational meetings in key markets
  • Submit administrative reports on a timely basis
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the eye health industry
  • Documented track record of success in sales roles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to anticipate, understand, prioritize, and meet customer needs
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and workload planning skills
  • Effective communication and financial analysis skills
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office suite of products and standard digital technology tools
What We Offer

Bausch + Lomb offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000, as well as opportunities for short-term and long-term incentives, medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and company match, tuition reimbursement, company holidays, and well-being benefits.
