About the Role

The Territory Sales Manager is a key position within Mölnlycke Health Care, responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mobilize resources and support sales efforts.
  • Represent Mölnlycke Health Care in sales calls and negotiations, ensuring effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Identify and resolve customer problems through collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and other administrative duties.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field from an accredited college/university.
  • 5 years' experience in B2B sales, with a strong preference for medical device experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a high level of sales knowledge.
