Job Summary:

Empire Today is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee all aspects of daily operations within their assigned market. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of sales, service, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial performance and daily functional operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and improve key sales metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, installed closing, and self-generated/community sales growth.
  • Train and manage sales representatives in sales and operational processes.
  • Forecast service needs for seasonal business changes and increased volume.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' operational experience in a home improvement industry setting, including facilities, warehousing, office, technology, and process.
  • At least 3 years' management or training experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
