Responsibilities
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of patient medical records. Provide administrative support by processing signed and unsigned orders, 485's, and other essential documents. Ensure all documents are properly archived in the patient medical record.
Qualifications
Essential Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience with computer systems, including typing and clerical skills.
- Basic technology skills, including the use of mobile devices.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Preferred six months of experience in medical records within a healthcare setting.
Requirements:
- Valid state driver’s license required.
- Automobile liability insurance must be maintained as per legal requirements.
- Dependable transportation in good working order is necessary.
- Ability to drive safely in various weather conditions.
