Human Resources Coordinator Job Description

At ITW, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support for various HR-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Supports the recruitment process by posting open positions, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the pre-employment screening process.
  • HRIS Management: Maintains accurate records of employee personnel files and entries into the HRIS system.
  • Administrative Support: Provides administrative support for various HR-related activities, including performance appraisals, disability claims, and tuition reimbursement.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with prior experience in HR generalist roles.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
