Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll handle install, service, and customer service work assigned by Management in a Consumer Small Business office. Your responsibilities will include managing install and service backlogs, scheduling and filling gaps, managing permits, and updating customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage install and service backlogs, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Schedule and fill gaps in install and service work
  • Manage permits and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with customer credits and cancellations
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred six months of experience
  • Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and typing skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
