About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Recruiter to join our team at Bradsby Group. As a key member of our Construction Division, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and prospects to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Source and recruit high-caliber candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates for our clients.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in recruiting, sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of ATS or CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other online resources.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of urgency and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
