Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of cutting-edge ML tools and technologies, enabling users to build machine learning models efficiently and effectively.
  • Spearhead initiatives to optimize data workflows and infrastructure, ensuring seamless access to high-quality data for ML projects.
  • Oversee multiple product cycles for the same product, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation to market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with peer functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful development and launch of features.
Product Strategy:

Develop and execute a product strategy for Build AI – the entire data science workflow from data analysis to transformation to training and tuning a model to evaluation and assessment of models while making sure that all AI artifacts are governed and can be put into production.

Working closely with the Platform team to implement key capabilities for Training, Inference,...

Prioritize features and enhancements that drive value for customers using input from cross-functional leaders.

Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and challenges in ML development and data management.

Incorporate feedback into product development efforts to deliver solutions that address real-world use cases.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields or equivalent practical experience.
  • PhD in Data Science or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in a Cloud-native product (either hyperscaler or startup on cloud).
  • Enterprise software experience, considering security & compliance in decision-making.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success managing a team of high-performing professionals.
  • Experience in Product managed machine learning or data platforms/tools (not internal tooling).
  • Worked with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to deeply understand the Data Science workflows and needs.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with Machine Learning experimentation and production.
