We are seeking a seasoned Product Management Director to lead the full end-to-end product management process for our medical aesthetics devices. This is a full-time role with a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days/week in our office in Marlborough, MA.

About the Role

As a Product Management Director, you will work closely with engineering teams, marketing, regulatory, R&D, and more to develop and launch new products within our assigned portfolio. You will also be responsible for leading requirements gathering and VoC, as well as working with global teams and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead business requirements and VoC
  • Develop launch strategies for new products
  • Support development of product lifecycle management strategy
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Experience working with medical devices
  • Understanding of FDA regulations
  • Solid business acumen
