The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Product Management to lead our Cloud portfolio. This individual will be responsible for developing product strategy, defining financial growth, and ensuring we are constantly passionate about solving our customers' and partners' hairiest challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategy across a rolling six to eighteen month time frame
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of Product Managers across Acquia's Drupal Cloud portfolio
  • Internalize and deeply understand Acquia's growth strategy and align your team's mission and roadmap with this direction
  • Define the strategy for enterprise business intelligence tools, processes, and capabilities for Drupal Cloud
  • Leverage Acquia and Drupal Cloud data to drive a step change in how we evolve the use of data to make decisions
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams, such as engineering, design, platform PM, product PMs, etc
  • Partner with our customer-facing team to gather feedback on existing tools and help pilot new tools and capabilities
  • Help define and execute our Drupal Cloud platform strategies and enable revenue-bearing product delivery teams, while partnering with various internal and external stakeholders throughout Acquia
Requirements
  • 7+ years of product management experience, managing software products from inception through launch and iteration
  • 5+ years experience building, mentoring, and leading a team of Product Managers and delivering business results
  • Experience in high-scale enterprise software/technology businesses is required, SaaS or PaaS
  • Experience with Cloud technologies, web content management, distributed systems, and the latest trends in digital experience management
  • Strong track record of product leadership and end-to-end ownership from definition to launch, including product optimization and experimentation, with experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or platform/internal tools
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills with audiences ranging from developer to executive
  • Passion to improve processes, increase velocity, and promote empathetic, collaborative relationships
