We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Ministry Brands. As a Sales Representative for the Protestant market, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and prospective clients to increase revenue and client retention.

You will communicate the value and benefit of our complete portfolio of solutions, centered around cross-selling additional products, driving net new revenue through renewals and migrations, and managing the full sales cycle.

You will prospect and qualify new opportunities, ensuring that they align with our product offerings, manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing the sale and ensuring customer satisfaction, present and sell new products to our enterprise clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefit of our solutions, negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and interpret customer requirements
  • Expand market awareness of our products and industry experience communicating the features and benefits of our products and services
  • Maintain and enter all prospects and new sales information into Salesforce
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and be an industry expert

Requirements:

  • Bachelors' degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of SaaS sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment
  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and exceed sales targets
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a variety sales processes, techniques, and technologies

  • Excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills
