About the Role

Cindy Doyle - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our insurance products to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Provide prompt and accurate customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about our insurance options and promote our products.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and contribute to the growth and success of our agency.
Requirements
  • Property and Casualty insurance license required, with the ability to obtain Life and Health License.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales representative role.
  • Ability to achieve mutually agreed upon sales goals and demonstrate a strong interest in marketing our products to meet customer needs.
