Territory Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative for Component Fabricators Inc. dba Legend Fitness, you will be responsible for driving product sales throughout your territory. This will include the full line of Legend Fitness products, as well as all non-Legend products that customers require to provide comprehensive weight room or training facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the National Sales Manager (NSM) and the corporate team to promote the full line of Legend Fitness products to current and potential customers, coordinate with Dealers and Resellers, and develop brand reach and sales throughout your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve or exceed territory sales forecasts by executing marketing strategies, delivering core branded messages, and achieving sales objectives on target customers.
- Develop the sales territory through direct marketing of the Legend brand and calling on targeted customers.
- Effectively develop the needed skills to enhance communication, build and develop key customer relationships, and educate potential customers on the value of Legend Fitness Products.
- Design and develop customer facility layouts, comprehensive and detailed quotations, develop specification documentation as required.
- Work with the NSM to assess territory sales performance and market trends and suggest and implement appropriate actions to enhance performance.
- Develop and manage professional relationships with key customers and organizations.
- Attention to detail within the highly competitive strength equipment industry.
- Honest, positive, respectful, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate and regulatory compliance expectations.
- Self-motivated with a determination to excel and have an entrepreneurial mentality.
- Understand and consistently apply Legend Fitness' corporate values.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a sales/marketing/business major (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 year direct sales experience.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Results-oriented with demonstrated time/territory management skills.
- The ability to identify, prioritize, and target key customers.
- The ability to work as a team member.
- A valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
- Must submit to full background check and pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Compensation and Benefits:
The Sales Representative will receive a monthly base salary, and a very competitive, uncapped Commission potential. Reps also receive monthly cell phone allowance, company laptop computer, travel expense, and mileage reimbursement, and will be eligible for other performance-related bonuses. Excellent health benefits, paid vacation. A newly hired employee will receive in-house industry-specific training prior to beginning territory responsibilities.
