Job Opportunity

Paul Humphries - State Farm Agent is seeking a driven and results-oriented Producer to join our team. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, marketing insurance products, and developing strategies to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Market and sell insurance products to new and existing customers
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-lasting customer relationships
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Property & Casualty license
