As a Concierge, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, contributing significantly to the community's overall culture.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors and assist with inquiries.
  • Manage incoming calls and relay messages promptly.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
  • Support various departments as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining resident and employee documentation in compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure availability of promotional materials for tours and admissions.

Qualifications:

We seek individuals who possess:

  • Previous experience in senior care settings is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with residents and staff.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Compassionate demeanor representing our community positively.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.

Compensation:

Hourly wage ranges from $16.50 to $18.50, based on experience.


Work Schedule:

Part-Time: Sunday - Tuesday, PRN (On-Call): Overnight shifts.
