Showroom Coordinator Job Description

The Showroom Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless customer experience at our dealership. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting and directing visitors, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls and visitors, determining the nature of their business and directing them to the appropriate destination.
  • Provide basic information to callers and visitors, and communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Enter data into prospect tracking systems and run reports for managers weekly.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate salesperson or inform them that a customer is waiting.
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of clerical experience.
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
  • Intermediate computer competency in a variety of programs, including MS Office and database programs.
  • High school graduation or equivalent.
