Business Development Specialist

FreeStar Financial Credit Union is seeking a skilled Commercial Lending Sales professional to drive growth and revenue in our commercial lending division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of commercial loan products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial real estate, building trades, and equipment industries.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing members and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and product offerings.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of experience in commercial lending or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, plus commission. Benefits include 3 weeks paid time off, 401k with up to a 6% match, tuition reimbursement, and year-end bonuses.
