Siri InfoSolutions Inc is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce architecture, development, and implementation, with a focus on Service Cloud.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement Salesforce solutions for enterprise customers, with a focus on Service Cloud.
- Lead a team of developers, admins, and business analysts to deliver Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical specifications, architecture designs, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive technical architecture and solution design.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on Salesforce best practices and architecture.
- Develop and deliver Proof of Concept (POC) for specific architecture and integration concepts.
- Guide clients through solution deployment and provide ongoing support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in Salesforce solutions.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in successful software project implementations related to CRM/Service Cloud Business scenarios.
- At least 7 years of experience in web services (preferably both REST and SOAP) and other integration methods newly introduced in SFDC with 2 years of Team Lead experience.
- Development using Standard Salesforce and platform (Lightning, Apex, Triggers, Workflow rules, components)
- Experience with both Sales and Service Cloud
- Strong web development skills including JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Scripting Languages, DHTML
- Proven experience with the Configuration/Administration of Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Creating Technical requirements as an input to Salesforce solution design.
- Associate with Certification(s) and Architecture experience responsible for the following effort
- Plan and monitor technical consideration activities of the project.
- Perform health check for each org and assess orgs.
- Perform analysis of org configuration, customizations, and security.
- Prepare Salesforce Config workbook detailing customizations and configurations or org.
- Support the Project Manager in defining overall solution and strategy and document.
