Administrative Support Role: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Rochester Rehab. In this role, you will provide administrative support services to the Manager of the Mental Health Center and therapist staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for departmental meetings, including organizing, transcribing, and distribution of minutes.
  • Create and maintain various reports and Quality Improvement Surveys as requested by the Manager and Coordinator.
  • Maintain and organize departmental files and paperwork.
  • Provide support and coverage to the Registration Coordinator.
  • Coordinate translation services for client appointments.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in secretarial science, office management or related area with at least three years experience providing administrative support services.
  • Able to work independently and exercise discretion in confidential matters.
