Job Title: Office Operations Coordinator

The Finger Lakes Performing Provider System is a network of clinical and community-based providers working together to transform healthcare delivery, advance system transformation, close gaps in care, and support high-risk individuals and populations.

About the Role

This role requires exceptional PowerPoint skills, knowledge of social media platforms, attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests.

Responsibilities:

Overview: Provide a wide range of administrative support and organizational assistance.

  • Organize meeting lunches, refreshments, etc. and support administrative needs during meetings
  • Act as liaison to building manager; report maintenance issue immediately

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare presentations using PowerPoint software
  • Assist with development, content creation, and publishing of external digital newsletters

Requirements:

  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5 years' administrative support experience; preferably in a non-profit or healthcare sector
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Salary Range: $24 - $26 per hour
