About the Opportunity:

As Chief Revenue Officer, Media Sales, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding Refuel Agency's reach within target markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's continued success. We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in client direct sales and a deep understanding of Digital, Tech, Data and Traditional media.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target clients, utilizing industry expertise to provide consultative solutions that drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and account management activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, adapting sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in client direct sales, preferably in the media or marketing industry.
- Proven success in identifying and developing new business opportunities, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and prioritize tasks effectively.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
