Job Title: Emerging Middle Market Relationship Manager IV

Fifth Third Bank, N.A. is seeking a highly skilled Emerging Middle Market Relationship Manager IV to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients in the emerging middle market segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the emerging middle market segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, including CEOs, CFOs, and other senior executives.
  • Work closely with internal partners, including credit officers, treasury management, and capital markets, to provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze client financial performance, condition, and industry trends to determine credit exposure and pricing.
  • Participate in community activities and forums to broaden relationship networks and deepen knowledge of trends, practices, and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of commercial banking experience, with a proven track record of partnership with investment bankers and ability to assess client needs and drivers of profitability.
  • Strong business acumen, including detailed analysis, review of financial statements, and understanding of accounting principles.
  • Thorough knowledge of commercial, treasury management, and alternative lending and financing options.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal partners, and other stakeholders.
