Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Support Specialist to assess customer requirements and provide tailored product and service suggestions. This role is essential in maintaining the flow of operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess customer needs and offer appropriate product/service recommendations.
  • Ensure the proper inventory of branded and HVAC-related products.
  • Assist in the unloading of deliveries and stock management.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience operating a standing forklift (preferred 1 year).
  • Customer service experience (preferred 1 year).
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC systems (preferred 1 year).
Skills Required:

Strong oral and written communication skills are essential. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, is required. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs is necessary.

Work Environment:

This position requires standing for extended periods, typically up to 8 hours at a time.
