As our Real Estate Operations Supervisor, you will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency of our transaction team. This role is ideal for an individual with robust leadership capabilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations & Sales to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Oversee and refine the daily functions of the transaction management and listing coordination teams to ensure effective workflows.
  • Supervise transaction and listing coordination, which includes preparing and reviewing contracts, managing documentation, and ensuring adherence to legal standards.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives, including listing presentations, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze transaction team performance, offering insights and recommendations for enhancement.
  • Ensure exceptional client service by leading with urgency and a strong client focus; anticipate client needs and prevent potential issues through proactive planning.
  • Conduct regular audits of sales processes and documentation to guarantee accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Demonstrate a passion for outlining, initiating, and executing projects.
  • Supervise and mentor transaction management staff, including onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Implement strategies to maximize efficiency, client value, and profitability.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in management, operations, or administrative support.
  • Proven success in managing an operations department, transaction management department, or listing coordination department.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exudes confidence and is self-driven, thriving in a collaborative setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficient in MLS software, Transaction Compliance, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Business Suite, CRM software, and Canva.
  • Ability to analyze departmental performance data and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Capability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree or additional certifications in real estate or a related field.
  • Experience with Keller Williams Command, FlexMLS, StellarMLS, Google Business Suite, Sisu, Follow Up Boss, and Canva.
