Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders
  • Process and review documents, including e-filings and other court-related materials
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal teams
  • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed

About You:

  • You have a strong background in law firm administration and a passion for delivering exceptional client service
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with ease
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • You are proficient in computer software and systems, including e-filing and case management tools
