About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team in Haines, Alaska. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Program Managers and contribute to the smooth operation of our day programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with guide scheduling, radio dispatch, and general office phone reception
  • Contribute to dock representation, correspondence with partners, and trip paperwork management
  • Manage merchandise inventory and sales, as well as data entry and financial tasks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior office and/or tourism experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office products
  • A clean driving record and ability to be placed on our company auto insurance
  • Basic first aid and CPR certification
