Administrative Support Specialist

The City of Haines City is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative Support Specialist. As an essential member of our team, you will provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track contracts and agreements
- Prepare and distribute City Commission documents
- Coordinate and track procurement of goods and services
- Answer telephones and provide guest services
- Process payments, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3-5 years of administrative experience preferred
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Bilingual skills required
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
