Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to become part of our Membership Advisor team. In this role, you will represent Forward, guiding potential members through the advantages of our comprehensive healthcare membership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete onsite lead process from initiation to conclusion.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations, providing prospective members with an immersive understanding of the Forward experience.
  • Proactively engage with visitors, sharing our mission to enhance healthcare access.
  • Adapt to various tasks and responsibilities, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment.

Candidate Profile:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service.
  • Exemplary attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong motivation and commitment to achieving high standards.
  • Confident, persuasive communicator with excellent listening skills.
  • Able to build rapport and foster relationships with diverse individuals.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and follow-through on commitments.

Logistical Details:

Location: White Plains, NY
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
Compensation: $60-100K ($18/hr base + uncapped commissions)
