Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Field incoming requests and schedule service visits to minimize drive time and optimize routes.
  • Use your sharp listening skills and probing questions to identify customer concerns and evaluate their needs.
  • Monitor and update customer databases with accurate information, including call details and disposition of calls.
  • Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours and participate in quality assurance processes.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through are crucial.
