Job Overview

RadNet is a leading provider of high-quality radiology services, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our imaging center, ensuring that we provide exceptional patient care and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of imaging center staff, including technologists, radiologists, and administrative personnel.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, referring physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with a focus on radiology or imaging services.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams, improving patient satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
