**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations tasks, including onboarding new customers, managing financial operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Process Improvement**: Develop and implement efficient operations processes to streamline new customer onboarding, from sales inquiries to successful implementation.
  • **Financial Management**: Oversee financial operations, including invoicing, payment collection, and financial reporting.
  • **Training and Support**: Provide training and support to customer organizations to ensure effective use of our agency reporting toolset.
  • **Compliance and Reporting**: Manage monthly REC/SREC agency reporting activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • **Stakeholder Coordination**: Coordinate with agency representatives to ensure PowerDash compliance with reporting rules and handle logistics related to individual system reporting issues.
  • **Data Resolution**: Collaborate with solar installers to resolve data acquisition and agency reporting problems related to equipment or ownership changes at residential solar installations.
  • **Documentation Maintenance**: Assist in maintaining and enhancing PowerDash's private and public documentation.

**Requirements**

  • **Excellent Communication Skills**: Possess excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • **Customer Focus**: Demonstrate a deep commitment to caring for customers in all interactions, ensuring a positive experience.
  • **Attention to Detail**: Exhibit facility in detail-oriented work with data, including spreadsheets and CSVs.
  • **Technical Proficiency**: Possess proficiency in using web-based business tools, such as Zendesk and Google Workspace.
  • **Integrity and Ethics**: Demonstrate a strong, intuitive sense of integrity and ethics, with a commitment to upholding PowerDash's values.
