We are seeking a Lead I4.0 Analyst within the Smart Manufacturing and Artificial Intelligence division. This role is pivotal in defining, executing, and delivering comprehensive smart manufacturing solutions that are seamlessly integrated across various business functions.

Utilize cutting-edge methodologies in automation, AI (including Generative AI), and machine learning to optimize Micron's product development, as well as enhance business and administrative operations throughout the organization.

Collaborate with a team of Data Scientists and Data Engineers to contribute to the design, analysis, and implementation of AI/ML/DS solutions and initiatives aimed at business improvement. Engage closely with team members across Business Functional areas, which may encompass Sales, HR, Business Units, Finance, and/or Legal. Become a part of our AI team to influence and oversee the execution of strategies that yield positive impacts and sustainable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to execute AI projects that necessitate coordination and support from global teams.
  • Engage with functional areas as dictated by business requirements - identify opportunities and use cases, and assist in delivering business value in collaboration with category and program management teams.
  • Collaborate with end-users of I4.0 solutions to establish requirements, diagnose issues, design, and analyze information related to the adoption of I4.0 technologies.
  • Measure, monitor, and present the financial and operational impacts of I4.0 solutions on the organization.
  • Discover new I4.0 use cases and best practices across strategic and business function processes.
  • Formulate business strategies, including impact validation methods and return on investment for potential solutions, while prioritizing and proposing projects for execution.
  • Implement top-tier solutions in close collaboration with internal and external resources, as well as established technology providers when necessary.
  • Exhibit critical thinking skills to dissect complex data and processes, identifying key levers and applicable solutions.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in functional areas such as Sales, HR, Finance, Business Units, and Legal, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with processes, systems, and solutions, preferably within the semiconductor sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of effectively leading and presenting to diverse groups, including executive leadership.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions with peers, senior, and mid-level management.
  • Strong peer leadership and relationship management capabilities, highly organized, adaptable to changing business needs, with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly Desired: Proficiency in SQL queries, database management, and Tableau dashboarding.
