The Insurance Filing Specialist will be tasked with identifying and reporting insurance details through claims analysis and communication with clients.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls for Insurance Filing and direct callers to the appropriate team member
  • Utilize our system to cross-reference insurance details on repeat clients
  • Input and update insurance information into our database
  • Engage in extensive phone communication to file claims
  • Determine suitable claim codes for database updates
  • Support supervisors and team members as needed
Incentive Structure

1st-15th of the Month

Level 1: $515K = $105
Level 2: $600K = $150
Level 3: $685K = $205

16th-End of the Month

Level 1: $1.275M = $105
Level 2: $1.350M = $150
Level 3: $1.425M = $205

Qualifications

Essential Skills
  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Detail-oriented and thorough
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
Education and Experience Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required
1+ years of experience in insurance is preferred but not mandatory
