Key Requirements:
  • Experience: Candidates must have a robust background in quality assurance or quality control, with documented experience in their resume.
  • Citizenship: United States Citizenship is mandatory.
  • Location: Candidates should reside in a specified area with remote support capabilities.
  • Schedule: Flexible working hours are available, including various schedule options.
  • Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearance is essential.
Preferred Skills:
  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)
  • Experience in construction management
  • Familiarity with assessments and surveillance
Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, quality assurance, quality control, industrial systems engineering, or a related discipline is required, along with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development, implementation, and assessment of processes and procedures that contribute to the overall effectiveness of the quality program.
  • Utilize broad expertise and unique knowledge to develop objectives and principles that achieve organizational goals creatively and effectively.
  • Engage in complex problem-solving and provide innovative solutions that impact future projects and technologies.
  • Establish formal networks for coordination among various groups and key decision-makers.
  • Work independently with a high degree of autonomy, using sound judgment to determine the best course of action.
