Job Description

Job Title: Program Manager, Program/Project I

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team at First Division Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the planning and execution of major programs, focusing on achieving strategic goals laid out in our business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, coordinate meetings, and provide synopses and updates to ensure successful program outcomes.
  • Manage the definition, organization, and direction of programs, establishing technical milestones, schedules, budgets, and managing costs effectively.
  • Direct the planning and execution of major programs, focusing on achieving strategic goals laid out in our business plans.

Requirements:

  • Security Clearance required.
  • Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
  • 5 years in program/project management with PMP certification.
  • Prior Crane Command Operations highly desired.

Work Environment:

  • Moderate noise (i.e., business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
