Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial field is required.

Experience:
A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in program or project management is essential. Candidates should possess skills in Basic Radar RF, MW, and EW Theory, FMECA, finite element analysis, thermal analysis, and modeling of RF and MW systems and circuits. Experience in planning processes for research, testing, and evaluation, including technology transfer, as well as repair and refurbishment processes, is also necessary. Proficiency in designing form/fit/function (FFF) replacement components is expected.
