Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of our automotive battery business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving product offerings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the automotive battery market.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and services that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute marketing plans that drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving product offerings, and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP.
  • Fluency in Spanish or other languages.
