The Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled Head of Operations to drive our growth and scale. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring someone who can design and improve our overall operations, build systems and processes, and turn complex problems into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with leadership on the execution of company strategic initiatives

• Facilitate repeatable and consistent product delivery, track OKRs and KPIs, establish accountability and company rhythms

• Lead efforts on product deployment, implementation, customer onboarding, and operating model development

• Contribute to building fundraising decks and board materials

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years of work experience in a fast-growth technology company, preferably in health tech

• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, proactive with a bias towards action

• Proven track record of leading teams, building alignment, and driving operational improvements

• Strategic mind with the ability to execute on a high level in a startup environment

• Great communicator, thoughtful, and able to build trust, influence, and collaborate across all levels of the organization

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary range: $140,000 to $300,000 USD

• Equity package: 0.4%-1.5%
