Position Overview:

This role serves as an entry to mid-level marketing coordinator, focusing on the creation of responses to RFQs/RFPs, interview presentations, and award submissions. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, organized, and possess strong customer service abilities. The ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure under tight deadlines is essential. Proficiency in writing and design layout is crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the strategy, coordination, writing, editing, layout, and production of qualifications packages and proposals.
  • Collaborate with project teams to devise interview presentation strategies; lead the creation of interview materials such as presentations, interview books, and handouts; conduct presentation rehearsals to ensure team readiness.
  • Serve as the primary contact for designated business units; provide guidance on marketing support needs; maintain project and team information in CRM and other systems.
  • Create and sustain business unit-specific marketing content, including narratives and imagery for proposals, brochures, collateral, company website, and social media platforms.
  • Update and manage marketing materials, including resumes, project sheets, and proposal documents.
  • Coordinate and produce submissions for industry and project-specific awards.
  • This position reports to a Pursuits Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing, or Graphic Design, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 0–4 years of experience in marketing within a dynamic corporate environment; experience in the architecture/engineering/construction (A/E/C) sector is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong technical writing and copy-editing skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, is advantageous.
  • Experience in developing RFQ and RFP responses is a plus.
  • Confidence in leading project teams and collaborating with executive leadership in both individual and group settings.
  • Demonstrated strengths in teamwork, organization, multitasking, and project management are beneficial.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics, is a plus.
