Position Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator role is an entry to mid-level position focused on leading the creation of responses to RFQs/RFPs, interview presentations, and award submissions. This role serves as the primary contact for designated business units. The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong customer service orientation. The ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure under tight deadlines is essential. Strong writing and design skills are also critical for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the strategy, coordination, writing, editing, layout, and production of qualifications packages and proposals.
  • Collaborate with project teams to formulate interview presentation strategies; lead the development of interview materials, including presentations, interview books, and handouts; conduct presentation rehearsals to ensure team readiness.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned business units, providing guidance on marketing support needs; maintain project and team information in CRM and other systems.
  • Create and sustain business unit-specific marketing content, including narratives and imagery for proposals, brochures, collateral, company website, and social media.
  • Update and manage marketing materials such as resumes, project sheets, and proposal documents.
  • Coordinate and produce submissions for industry and project-specific awards.
  • This position reports directly to a Pursuits Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 0–4 years of experience in marketing within a dynamic corporate environment; experience in the architecture/engineering/construction (A/E/C) sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong technical writing and copy-editing abilities are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • A solid understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, is preferred.
  • Experience in developing RFQ and RFP responses is a plus.
  • Confidence in leading project teams and collaborating with executive leadership in both individual and group settings.
  • Demonstrated strengths in teamwork, organization, multitasking, and project management are beneficial.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics, is an advantage.
