Position Overview:

This entry to mid-level role focuses on managing the creation of responses to RFQs and RFPs, interview presentations, and award submissions. The selected candidate will serve as the primary contact for designated business units. We seek a detail-oriented, organized, and high-performing individual with strong customer service abilities. The ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure under tight deadlines is essential. Proficiency in writing and design layout is crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the strategy, coordination, writing, editing, layout, and production of qualifications packages and proposals.
  • Collaborate with project teams to formulate interview presentation strategies; lead the creation of interview materials, including presentations, interview books, and handouts; facilitate presentation rehearsals to ensure the team is well-prepared.
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned business units, providing guidance on marketing support needs; maintain project and team information in CRM and other systems.
  • Develop and curate business unit-specific marketing content, including narratives and photography for proposals, brochures, collateral, company website, and social media.
  • Update and manage marketing materials, including resumes, project sheets, and proposal documents.
  • Coordinate and produce industry and project-specific award submissions.
  • This position reports to a Pursuits Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing, or Graphic Design, or equivalent experience.
  • 0–4 years of experience in marketing within a fast-paced corporate environment; experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction sectors is a plus.
  • Strong technical writing and copy-editing skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • A solid understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, is preferred.
  • Experience in developing RFQ and RFP responses is advantageous.
  • Confidence in leading project teams and collaborating with executive leadership in both individual and group settings.
  • Demonstrated strengths in teamwork, organization, multi-tasking, and project management are beneficial.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics, is a plus.
