Position Summary
We are currently seeking a hybrid Senior Marketing Coordinator with experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) sector to enhance our Mid-Atlantic Marketing Team. This role involves collaboration with local offices and strategic pursuits to develop effective strategies and submit compelling proposals.

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Marketing Coordinator will:

  • Collaborate with client managers and technical leads to assess go/no-go decisions and formulate pursuit strategies.
  • Oversee the complete proposal preparation process, including state and local proposals, SF330's, design-build proposals, qualification packages, and oral presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards for presentation graphics, proposals, resumes, and collateral materials.
  • Draft supporting sales materials such as project descriptions, resumes, service line overviews, and executive summaries.
  • Assist Client Managers with market research, competitor analysis, and client intelligence.
  • Represent the firm professionally with teaming partners and subcontractors at various networking opportunities.
  • Manage multiple proposal efforts across diverse markets and service offerings.
  • Organize marketing materials for accessibility and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in producing proposals and managing proposal efforts within the A/E/C industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of state and local proposal formats.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly InDesign and Acrobat Pro.
  • Familiarity with database/CRM systems, specifically Deltek Vision, is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proposal management skills, including attention to detail, planning, organization, and resource management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Flexibility and self-motivation to prioritize tasks and manage a diverse workload under tight deadlines.
