Job Title: Insurance Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Business Development Manager to join our team at First American Insurance Underwriters. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with insurance brokers, financial advisors, and independent agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage a portfolio of high-value insurance clients, providing exceptional customer service and developing tailored sales strategies to meet their needs.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business growth targets, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and product developments to ensure expertise and provide value-added services to clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in insurance sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry and its complexities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, including life, annuity, LTC, and disability insurance.
