Sales Executive for Arc-Rated Apparel

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our national sales team as a Strategic Account Executive. This role will focus on seeking, selling, and implementing Tyndale's Managed Programs for new customers across various industries, including electric utilities, oil and gas, transportation, and more.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of consultative selling experience, preferably with technical products, and strong hunting skills with a strategic selling approach to win new business. Additionally, they should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to understand and explain technical information, and be action-oriented with a proven ability to quickly build effective relationships.
This is a fully remote opportunity with as-needed travel for onsite meetings with customers and industry events. We offer competitive base salary: $85,000 plus lucrative sales incentive plan, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid parental leave, mental health support, and robust wellness programs.
Responsibilities- Pursue and sell arc-rated and flame-resistant clothing and managed apparel programs within designated territories, including daily/frequent prospecting activity, sales lead follow-through, and collaboration with key brand representatives.
- Maintain high-level product knowledge to effectively demonstrate features and benefits of all products focused on differentiating Tyndale in presentations and RFPs.
- Meet with prospects to provide presentations and demonstrations on our products and services.
- FOLLOW TYNDALE'S STRATEGIC SELLING PROCESS (SSP) ON LARGE OPPORTUNITIES.
- Follow through with all leads provided from tradeshows, events, vendors, customer referrals, new market research, and record sales activity in Salesforce.
