Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team at All Medical Personnel. As a Phlebotomy Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting blood and other specimens from patients in a fast-paced laboratory setting.

Responsibilities:

Collect blood and other specimens from patients using a variety of techniques, including venipuncture and capillary puncture.
Label and process specimens according to established laboratory procedures.
Maintain accurate records of specimen collection and processing.
Work effectively in a team environment to ensure smooth laboratory operations.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA and DEP regulations.

Requirements:

Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed.
Minimum of 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
Reliable transportation with at least 4 years of licensed driving experience and possess a valid driver's license issued in the state of residence.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
High School Diploma or GED.
