Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team at All Medical Personnel. As a Phlebotomy Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting and processing blood and other specimens for laboratory testing. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collect blood and other specimens from patients using a variety of techniques and equipment
* Label and process specimens for laboratory testing
* Maintain accurate records and reports of specimen collection and processing
* Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure timely and accurate testing results
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA and DEP regulations

Requirements:

* Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed
* Minimum of 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting
* Reliable transportation with at least 4 years of licensed driving experience and a valid driver's license issued in the state of residence
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
* High School Diploma or GED
