Position Overview: The Senior Client Relationship Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing the overall service of assigned clients and policies. This role involves soliciting new business opportunities on existing accounts and supporting Producer-led initiatives for new business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Review and analyze client team's RFPs and select appropriate markets for solicitation.
  • Evaluate market proposals to verify benefits, premiums, and competitiveness.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of coverage contracts for accuracy.
  • Engage with clients for pre-renewal strategy discussions and proposal presentations.
  • Facilitate client open enrollment meetings and address inquiries regarding benefit coverage.
  • Negotiate with markets to secure favorable premium concessions for clients.
  • Oversee the client service team to ensure effective handling of inquiries and resolution of escalated issues.
  • Manage the implementation of new carriers and plans for the assigned book of business.
  • Ensure the preparation and accuracy of claims experience and utilization reports.
  • Process new business requests and follow up as necessary.
  • Collect fees and reconcile outstanding balances in a timely manner.
  • Maintain data integrity within the agency management system.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Valid insurance license with a commitment to ongoing Continuing Education requirements.
  • Encouraged to pursue Career Path requirements as outlined by management.
